Additionally, students should fill out an entry form (see below) for each category they enter. If you send your entries by U.S. mail, you must print your entry forms and submit them with your entries.
For entries submitted by email, fill out the form and either attach it and your entry to the email, or copy the information into the body of your email.
For entries that are brought directly to the Festival, you must print the form and bring it with the entry. The entry forms are used as judging sheets, so they are essential.
Click on the pertinent Entry Form links below. You will be prompted to Open or Save the Word document. Save it to your computer so you can fill it out and either print it, copy it or attach it to your entry email.
